Travel To Cities offers the following services:
Flight ticket bookings (domestic and international)
Tour packages booking (including accommodation, local transport, and sightseeing)
Custom travel planning upon request
All bookings are subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received as per the package requirement.
A booking confirmation email with the itinerary and invoice will be sent upon confirmation.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
Payment must be made through the methods listed on our website or communicated by our booking agents.
Prices listed are subject to change due to airline fare changes, tax revisions, or availability.

Flight Bookings: Cancellation charges are as per the airline’s policy. Refund processing time depends on the airline and may take 7–21 working days.
Tour Packages:
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to travel: 80% refund
Cancellation 15–29 days prior to travel: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to travel: No refund
Booking fees, service charges, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after booking, additional charges may apply.
Modifications depend on service provider policies (airlines, hotels, etc.) and are not guaranteed.
Travel To Cities will assist in making changes but does not guarantee availability or price consistency.
Travel To Cities acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or any act of omission by third-party service providers.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet visa, passport, and travel health requirements.
We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or government actions.
Customers must follow the guidelines provided in their travel documents.
Customers must behave responsibly during tours and respect the customs, laws, and regulations of the places visited.
Any damage or misconduct caused by the customer will result in disqualification from the tour and may be legally pursued.
